Originally from Argentinian family and born in Brazil, Matheus Assaf has in his blood the passion for football, and in the academic background his passion for management. Former professional football player, Matheus joined his two passions to manage AGN Football.
AUGUSTO NOGUEIRA
With 25 years of experience managing football players, Augusto Nogueira was responsible for the emergence of great players in world football as Alexandre Pato, Luiz Adriano and Emerson da Rosa. Combining professionalism with market knowledge, he created one of the strongest companies in the industry, AGN Football.
RAPHAEL COSTA
With years of experience between Adidas and Nike, Raphael brings his knowledge and relationship to do the market management of AGN Football.
MARCELO MULLER
With great talent to scout athletes, Marcelo Muller found in South America his line of business, becoming the head of AGN Football to search and prospect for new talents in the South American market.
FILIPE MELLO
After eight years playing abroad, Filipe Mello transmits the knowledge and experiences acquired to our younger athletes of AGN Football.
LUCAS PESSANHA
Formerly a professional football player, Lucas Pessanha used the knowledge learned inside of the pitch to become a key part of AGN Football in the search for new talents.
LUCAS MARCHETTI
Football coach, with A and B licenses from CBF and analyst from CONMEBOL, Lucas Marchetti is responsible for the Performance Management of AGN Football players.
CARLOS ANDRÉS
Charlie, as he is known, is the representative of AGN Football in the South American market, exporting our quality of service throughout the continent.
FELIPE BARRETO
A former professional football player, with stints with the Brazilian National Youth Team, Felipinho passes on the experience gained over the years to AGN Football’s younger athletes.
PAULO PELAGIO
Graduated in Engineering, Paulo brings his vision from outside football to manage the AGN Football office.
FABIAN RIVAROLA
With football in his blood, Fabian uses his family roots and passion for the sport to represent AGN Football in Paraguay.

Trained in the outskirts of São Paulo with the RSoccer project, Allan Rodrigues is AGN Football’s eye on the emergence of young talents.
